Bruce Lyon

Bruce, a native San Franciscan and licensed real estate broker since 1997 is a partner in The Nierenberg Group with Laurie Nierenberg. Along with Laurie, Bruce has represented buyers and sellers of homes, condominiums, lofts, and multi-unit buildings throughout San Francisco in all price ranges. He feels that building and maintaining personal relationships before, during, and after his clients need his real estate services are the main ingredients to his and The Nierenberg Group's success. Bruce treats each transaction as if it were his own, realizing that for many of his clients, this is one of the few times in their lives that they will be involved in real estate or financial transactions of this size and how personally the process affects each client's life.
