Bruce McMillan

Bruce brings to the real estate profession a unique perspective. He has lived in the Lowcountry for over 40 years spanning Summerville, downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction, remodeling, and renovation of residential homes and commercial properties. Bruce knows the difference between good construction and property that could bring future headaches.

While being a contractor, Bruce discovered that his passion was helping people achieve their dreams in regards to homes. That led him to pursue his real estate license and to use his knowledge and skills in a new way. With his combined experience in construction and real estate, Bruce will provide clients with a unique perspective helping them to understand the risks and benefits of certain properties and to assist those clients in navigating the hurdles of selling and purchasing real estate.

In the last 3 years, Bruce has helped a variety of clients, including first time home buyers that are taking the first step in the path to home wealth, people who need to buy and/or sell their homes to move on to the next chapter of their life, and has helped counsel homeowners on the condition of a home and extent of repairs when they were purchasing for flips.
