Bruce is so experienced and knowledgeable.
He knew what items would be attractive to potential buyers when we were getting ready to put the house on the market. He listened to the things that were important to us and helped us accomplish these goals.
He set up an open house the first weekend the house was on the market and we had a potential buyer that day.
You can count on Bruce to be your advocate on money matters. Both of the houses he has helped us with in the last 2 years have sold for more than the asking price.
Three siblings were selling this house with three different opinions but he balanced it all with courtesy, grace and a great sense of humor.
Bruce is the "real deal". He is always professional and courteous. I think he's the best realtor you could get when you are selling or buying a house.
