Bruce serving as our realtor was an excellent choice for my wife and I. I was recovering from heart surgery and in the process of starting our move. Bruce guided us every step of the way and kept us informed thru the entire process. He took excellent photos of our home and cropped out our packing boxes, provided aerial photos showing our private location, saw that the necessary repairs were completed in a timely manor as we had already moved to our new location. Helped us with understanding the many documents that required signing. I recommend Bruce Minter whole heartily.

Bruce did a excellent job in selling our property. I was in pa. And several problems came up and took care of them. He kept us posted on what was going on with the sell. I would recommend him to any of the people that were buying or selling. I gave him a 5 star rating as he went above in handling the sell. His knowledge in real estate is tops.

Bruce Minter did an amazing job with the sale of our condo in Virginia Beach,VA. We live in Hanover, PA and while the condo was for sale Bruce made himself available for questions, computer help,assisting with paperwork,repairs ,and many other details that go along with selling a property. Bruce always was available and his knowledge of the neighborhood helped very much. We were able to sell and close on the property while never leaving PA,all due to the work Bruce did for us.

When my mother passed away, I needed to move my dad in with me in North Carolina to be his caregiver.

Bruce was there immediately to help me sell my parent’s home in Virginia. He helped organize everything from suggestions on movers, to a contractor to help with minor repairs, to window cleaners! He was always there to answer questions and relieve as much of my stress as possible. We had a wonderful experience selling my dad’s house and I highly recommend Bruce.
