I have negotiated 10-15% savings on new construction or if it is a foreclosure anywhere from 15-25% savings. My background in construction also allows me to see many construction issues before you place an offer saving time and money.

Between my husband and I, we currently own three homes and about to purchase our fourth so needless to say we've dealt with various agents in the past. Out of all the agents we dealt with, Bruce is by far the most experienced, professional, diligent, and expeditious. What we also love about Bruce is that he has no set hours. No matter if it's through e-mail, phone, or text messaging, he always responded to questions or concerns immediately, even when he was on vacation. In addition, he's very innovative. The current house we are purchasing is a bit unique so we've seen challenges trying to get it appraised properly and getting a mortgage company to accept the appraisal but through Bruce's reliable contact, we are prevailing over the challenge. We are ecstatic about finding Bruce.
