About Bryan

Bryan Ayers, owner and principal broker of Apex Realty, was born and raised on a farm in Robertson County, Tennessee. He developed a strong work ethic and the desire to help others early in life, waking up at dawn to toss hay bales and help his family with whatever needed to be done.

When he wasn’t helping out on the farm, Bryan enjoyed learning about real estate from his grandparents, who owned and rented multiple properties. Bryan bought his first rental property when he was 19 and knew right away that nothing made him happier than connecting people with property.

Bryan’s wife is a registered nurse at North Crest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. Together, with their three children, they enjoy playing sports and relaxing in the great outdoors.
