Bryan Cantio just sold my house on Capitol Hill. He did a terrific job. Bryan really knows the market, he is super responsive, straightforward, and very efficient. In fact, Bryan was my broker when I bought this same house 19 years ago. I had worked with other real estate agents at the time, but it was Bryan who really listened to what I was looking for in a home. When it came time to sell my house now, I called Bryan again. He does a great job and I highly recommend him. He really does look out for your best interest, whether you are buying or selling.

For the last 2 years, we trusted the selling of our home to Mr. Cantio based on his well known professional background, dedication and commitment to his clients. Although the COVID-19 pandemic slowed down our final decision to sell the condo, Mr. Cantio started working with precision, attention to detail and readiness to assist us in any discussion related to the process of preparing all documentation and understanding, one-by-one, all the steps required to have the condo suitable for a new owner on a timely fashion. If I would have to sell a property in the future, or if I would need advice before buying a new home, I would consult him again, and without any hesitation.

Bryan was great to work with! From our initial conversation, the result of a co-worker say they had worked with an amazing relator, to dealing with issues from a less qualified agent (at closing) he was always keeping me informed on the process and helping to identify solutions.

He helped to sell our family home (he was our agent when we bought the same house 10 years ago) and he helped us buy a new condo. Our house sold in record time! Great negotiator! Every day is Christmas with Bryan Cantio!

Bryan recently helped me buy my new home in Fairfax County. He was super patient with me when I was indecisive or wanted to keep looking at other properties until the "right" one came along. My husband and I first used Bryan to find a property in DC back in 2005 and had a very pleasant experience. Bryan was professional and also very personable and we remained in contact through the years. When my daughter and her husband started thinking about purchasing their first piece of property in the area I told them to use Bryan and not think any further. They too had a great experience as Bryan was exactly who they needed to navigate them through what was a very big deal for them. They always felt that they were in the best of hands and I never worried about the possibility of them being misled. My husband passed away several years ago and it no longer made sense for me to keep the property we originally bought in 2005. There was no question in my mind who I would use to help me. My husband being a CPA naturally handled the business side of things in our family and the idea of going through the sale of a property was a bit daunting for me. Also, the property needed updating and I lived five hours away. Fortunately, knowing that all I really needed to do was listen and do whatever Bryan told me to do and I would be okay. I never worried about trusting him to do what was best for me. Bryan helped me every step of the way. The experience was really quite amazing as Bryan skillfully did what he does best and that is selling DC! It turned out to be so quick and easy simply because Bryan knows exactly what he’s doing and keeps to his goal of doing the very best for his client. He’s top notch!
