Bryan went above and beyond to make sure that my house was sold. Instantly he advised what to do to make sure the house would sell fast, and helped me along the whole process.

MY HOME WAS IN CONTRACT WITHIN THE 1ST WEEK IT WAS LISTED!

He also gave great advise throughout the negotiating phase, and was not afraid to "fight" to get me the most value. I will always refer all my friends and family to him, and when ready to purchase/sell another home, will no question seek his guidance and services. Thank you Bryan!!

A previous buyer of Jennifer told me to use her as my agent. It was an extreme pleasure to work with Jennifer. Having been a real estate agent in the 80’ – 90’s I knew the business. However Jennifer knowledge, commitment to provide accurate and honest answers was so refreshing.

I highly recommend her as the #1 agent in Phoenix, Anthem and other areas of Arizona. She totally paid attention to detail, brought in professional people to complete the house inspection, provided information on insurance on the roof, pool, wiring and appliances plus additional item above owners insurance. All the way through provide a list of contacts for job such as homeowners insurance, pool maintenance, yard maintenance. Since I have not been in AZ since 2006 things have changed.

She made my move from a remote island to the mainland easy. Jennifer is #1 in my book..

Bryan Deboda helped us get our first home. He explained everything we needed to know as first time home buyers which made the process easier for us. He was always available when we wanted to look at houses even late at night since we both worked during the day. Any messages (email, text, voicemail) were answered right away. He was with us every step of the way from filling up applications, letting us know what additional documentation we needed to turn it, giving us great information about the neighborhood we wanted to stay in, home inspections. He was still helping us even after we got our key to the house. He knows a lot of people for renovating your home, he recommended a guy to us that did our floors and we got a really good deal. He keeps in touch until today and we’ve had our home for 4 years now. Loved the experience and will go back when we are ready to sell and upgrade to a bigger home.

I was extremely impressed by Bryan as a real estate agent. The very first people that visited our house submitted an offer and eventually bought our house. Bryan's professionalism, experience, and knowledge was outstanding. He is exceptional in explaining the process from beginning to end. Bryan is incredible. He helped me sell my existing home and find my new home.
When it came to selling my home he was knowledgeable about the market, my neighborhood and how best to market my home. His marketing efforts were top notch and my home sold for top dollar after only 4 days on the market. To say I was pleased about that would be an epic understatement.
When it came time to purchase our new home he took plenty of time to understand exactly what we were looking for and making sure that we saw houses that were the right match for our wish list.
