About Bryan

Being a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, Bryan understands changing marketplaces. Graduating from George Mason University with a BS degree in Business Management then becoming a commercial and residential banker with First Union/Wachovia Bank, he quickly moved up in the company. He became an Assistant Vice President and was awarded Employee of the Month multiple times and attended several President Breakfast events.

Bryan believes that building long-term relationships in real estate is the key to success. Being there for clients and assisting them with questions that they may have, resolving issues that may arise and exceeding their expectations is the way to succeed in real estate. His approach in building those long-term relationships is through proactive networking with colleagues, mortgage lenders, accountants, attorneys, bankers, family, friends and various other businesses. With these partnerships in place, he is able to establish rapport with clients that turn into long-term relationships. One of his greatest strengths is listening to what his clients needs and wants are and then filling those requirements. When working with clients, Bryan takes on many roles including being a consultant, an educator, and a coach.

Recently being named one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Virginia as written in the national publication, Real Estate Executive, Bryan brings a lot of passion to building The Virginia Realty Group and creating a winning formula for his team and his clients.
