Bryan was absolutely awesome! His communication and transparency was 10/10! This is our first home and it could not have been any easier with him in our corner. He is realistic, honest (not pushy), and really down to earth while still being professional. Not to mention he is a great listener, he really understood the assignment and knew exactly what we needed and were looking for. He and his team made the transition and settlement smooth and simple. Bryan’s one of the good ones so don’t miss out and hire some Joe Shmoe, because without him this whole process would have been a train wreck!

We've worked with Bryan for about a year. Very actively since February, and few days ago we closed on our townhouse.
We had our ups and downs, 4 offers sent, and here we are. Bryan was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and very very responsive.
He guided us through some unusual situations for which we are grateful. That was a learning experience for us and for Bryan as well, as we are moving to PA from up North and certain details of homebuying were different.

If I could give more stars I would. I can not recommend Bryan enough for all of your realty needs. He helped my Fiancé and I buy our first home and was amazing. He took the time to not just help us find exactly what we were looking for but made sure we fully understood everything and all of the options we had and helped us make educated decisions together. He was incredibly responsive and fast with everything from setting up tours to putting in offers, he was on top of it. Bryan was super communicative with not just us but the sellers, the mortgage company, and everyone involved. He made sure everyone involved was on the same page throughout the entire process. Bryan Steinberg represented my husband and me while we were selling our house, he was extremely helpful and professional! He made sure that everything we needed to know about the process was clear to us before we even signed with him. He even gave us numbers so that we knew exactly what to expect in fees and services. I can't give enough praise to Bryan, he was there for us throughout the entire process. If I had a question or concern he was just a text away. I never needed to wait for a response, he was quick to answer. Our house sold in two days, it was amazing! Bryan went above and beyond to help us in any way we needed! He even found us a clean out company, on extremely short notice, that came to clear out things from our old house that we couldn't take to the new one! He truly knows this business and all you need to do is follow his advice and you will be happy!! We certainly are happy with everything he did for us!!!
