In the last 5 years, I am proud to announce that I have sold over a half a billion dollars’ worth of real estate! I interviewed my past clients from the last decade and a half, and asked the number one reason they hired myself and the Bryan Karp Team. To my surprise, it wasn't the accolades, or any of the accomplishments in real estate as their number one reason. Hands-down, it was they undoubtably trusted us. Number two was our energy and excitement. Unfortunately, I can't help that I am obsessed with real estate. The third reason for hiring us was our knowledge and true understanding of the market and all the ins and outs of real estate. My biggest accomplishment is having over 1250 5-star reviews between Zillow and Google. In 2025 I was the number one Real Estate agent and team in Suffolk County with 230 closed transactions. I am nicknamed, “The Sales Giant” and my clients say, I'm high octane, high-protein, and super aggressive!

When I look back on my career, I could absolutely say that I have found my calling in Real Estate. Helping people navigate this game that I love so much is not just my job or my business, it's my obsession and oxygen! I always say you should never buy a product or service from someone who does not walk the walk and talk to talk. The Karp family owns and operates a large multifamily rental portfolio in which they self-manage right here on Long Island.
