01/20/2016 - MSOBoxter99 Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Corvallis, OR. I had been living in my home in Corvallis for twenty two years. I loved my home! My home is in a very desirable area in Corvallis. Friends told me my home would sell in a few weeks. I didn't think that would happen in the August/September time frame. Bryan came to my home, gave me an estimate of how much my home would sell for and, a list of things to do in order to get top dollar. My home sold in three weeks and I got $4000 away from asking in October! Bryan then held my hand through the entire process of the inspections, home repairs, time lines ect....... What was and still is very important about working with Bryan, he is kind, honest, stands by his word and, if he says he's going to do something it's done when he said it would be done. He sold my home and I am hiring him to help me find a home to buy. I have and will continue to recommend Bryan to my family and friends.

Bryan helped me sell my house, buy my new home, and then buy an investment property between 2015 and 2016. I would highly recommend him. We were able to sell our house within 3 months and sold it for much more than we anticipated. He then helped us buy our new home. He really listened to what we wanted and made sure we got everything on our wish list while keeping us within our price range. We were then in a position to buy an investment property. Bryan once again did an excellent job in helping us find properties that met our requirements. Bryan was aggressive in representing our interests and ensuring we got what we wanted. He helped me sell my house in a short amount of time for the money I wanted out of it. He was understanding of my circumstances and worked around my schedule and family to get it listed and get documents signed. He was always available for phone calls and emails and made time for my wife and I to go look at other houses while we were waiting for mine to sell. He referred us to a quality lender who treated us great and got us approved for the right loan. Bryan assisted us with the purchase of our next house after ours had sold. The process went smoothly and Bryan kept us in the loop and up to date at every point in the process. We were able to get our new house bought for less than it was valued at and are incredibly happy. After my wife passed away, I decided to sell our house and do something different. Bryan was instrumental in making that happen. He was very involved in the entire process from listing to signing the closing documents. I was pleased with the negotiation process for the price and got almost my asking price. Selling was difficult for me because of all the memories, but Bryan was there to listen and offer help. He is a well qualified realtor and I would recommend him to anyone.
