Bryan is the guy that can and will get things done. Everyone he recommends is prompt, professional, and available. He is available at any time to take a call to discuss matters. Our experience buying a house went like this. We called Bryan about a house we wanted to buy. It was Christmas weekend. The Sunday after Christmas he got access to the house, and then Monday he was also there when I showed my parents the place. A few days later we made an offer and went under contract over New Years. Bryan made himself available through all the holidays. Another thing about Bryan is that he is a super chill guy. He opens the house to let you look at your own pace and gives you all the time you need. He never once forced his own opinion, but he is super experienced so I often asked what his opinion was, which he would give to me as objectively as possible.
