About Bryan

Bryan and Kris Uhl are one of Kentwood Cherry Creek's Premier Real Estate Teams. The Uhls specialize in the Denver metro area but have sold properties all over Colorado, including the suburbs and foothills. Their success is a direct result from their principal goal – customer satisfaction.

Kris started her real estate career in 1995 and Bryan was soon to follow in 1997. Bryan and Kris each have a BS in Marketing and several years of sales experience, which not only enables them to provide creative and unique ways of marketing properties, but lends valuable managing and negotiating techniques to all aspects of complex real estate transactions.

Colorado has been home to the Uhls since 1993. Bryan and Kris are parents to two lovely children, Aidan, 17, and Addison, 13. As a family, they love the outdoors. They enjoy snowboarding/skiing, hiking, traveling, and playing tennis together. While their family is a clear priority for the Uhls, they are also dedicated to providing their clients with only the best Real Estate services.
