This is the second time I had Bryn represent me; this time it was to sell one place and buy another. Bryn makes you feel that she is personally invested and that you are her most important client. We found Bryn to be an amazing realtor...super knowledgeable and professional. We recently had an unusual home purchase situation in this hot market, and Bryn was able to walk us through everything smoothly. She was patient through our long search and decision making process, and was always available to answer questions or to help us navigate through important choices in our deal. I was approached by Bryn about purchasing the same home I was already renting from the current owners. Before she approached me, I honestly felt like I was about 9 months to a year from being in a place that I could purchase a home. We had this thought, with everyone been home in 2020, that we needed more room which meant selling our house and buying a house with more square footage. We talked to Bryn and decided to look at some homes, and concurrently get our house market ready. This was in the throes of 2020 and we were freaking out at every turn- Bryn was a calm, professional presence and guided us with such wisdom and discernment, helping us sell our house at a great price and helping us buy the house we are currently in now. We are so so happy that we leaned on her wisdom because we LOVE our house and neighborhood so much!
Bryn, thank you for so cleverly helping us see the bigger picture! Thanks for holding my hand when I was a hot mess! And thank you for making sure that our kids future home was perfect for them- Let’s not forget how mindful you were at making sure that my husband had the woodworking space he needed, and that I still had trees to hug 😂

Bryn is an amazing broker. We have purchased multiple homes from her over the years and would never use another broker. Her communication is second to none. She is extremely responsive and always made time for any questions we had. She has gone to bat for us multiple times and always has our best interest in mind. She singlehandedly saved a sale when we were having issues with a lender. We highly recommend Bryn and will always use her in future real estate needs!
