Brynn Williams

Brynn has been a licensed agent since 2010 but working in the business for many years. She comes from a family of Real Estate Professionals, and local Builders. She loves assisting her buyers and sellers in investing in real estate and sustaining their wealth in their investment. She has collaborated closely with our Military clients in the DE Guard and has a husband who served 10 years in the National Guard. First time home buyers or seasoned investors are just a couple past clients that she has assisted in residential home buying, investment purchasing or land purchases. She has a lot of knowledge in New Construction as well, being a daughter of a local custom builder. She loves assisting New Construction clients during the entire process from color selections to the blueprint of their home. Although her specialty is in New Castle County, she services the whole state including the Delaware Beaches. When she is not selling or buying, she is volunteering at the local homeless shelter, VA Medical Hospital or with the military families.
