Bryson Smith, Designated Managing Broker and CEO/Founder of the Bryson Smith Team with Keller Williams Premier Realty was born and raised in Peoria, IL. He obtained his real estate license in 2011 and never looked back. His first year in real estate was a success and he realized quickly that he was not able to be everywhere at the same time. His solution was to hire an assistant and go from there.
As the years go by, the team continues to grow and is now home to a dozen agents and a solid team of administrative coordinators. Consistently named Keller Williams Premier Realty’s #1 real estate team, not only in the Peoria area – but in the Mid-American Region which spans across all of Illinois and a quarter of Indiana. For the past six, consecutive years – The Bryson Smith Team has appeared on the “10 Best Real Estate Agents” list for Illinois real estate industry leaders for exceptional and outstanding client service. In 2020, The Wall Street Journal’s “Real Trends” labeled The Bryson Smith Team the #1 Team by transaction sides for a large team in the state of Illinois.
The team has emphasized on customer experience, innovative marketing, and being as available as possible for any questions their clients may have about the real estate process. Their systematic approach coupled with their down-to-earth, family atmosphere has enabled them to assist over 2,000 families to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
Bryson Smith and his team pride themselves on playing an active role in their communities. In addition to their avid support efforts of local small-businesses, the team also contributes a portion of proceeds from every transaction to CASA, an advocacy agency dedicated to helping children find safe and permanent homes. The team has announced a goal in 2021 to raise $25,000 for the Heller Center for Kids with Cancer – a product of OSF’s Children’s Hospital of Illinois. The program provides patients and families with critical, non-medical tools that support them from diagnosis, through, and beyond their cancer journey. Additionally, it has become ever-apparent amongst the pandemic that our community is facing devastating times. The Bryson Smith Team continues to support the Phoenix Community Development Services programs like “Gimme Shelter” for three years running. Proceeds of the event go towards providing healthy food and permanent housing to our neighbors without homes.
