As a first time homebuyer, the experience was already a little stressful. The whole process of finding my perfect home took close to a year, but Buffy made sure that she continued to look for me and I knew she was on my side the entire time, her main goal was to help me get into my dream home. Buffy was more than awesome. Anytime we needed her, she was there. She returned our calls promptly (which is how we found her in the first place) and guided us along the way as we looked for our dream house. She knew how to advise us on when and how much to offer in this crazy market so we wouldn't lose our chance. Buffy was amazing! The sell of our home was a headache to say the least. (None of it was Buffy's fault) It's a long story with more details than a Steven King novel, but Buffy stuck with us through the whole thing! She was attentive and supportive at every turn. I would defiantly recommend her as she was always there when we needed her.

Buffy is awesome, both the realtor and the vampire slayer, but i digress. Me and my wife are first time home buyers, now home owners. Had done a little bit of research on our own about the process and how home buying works but never had any way to tangibly connect the dots till we met Buffy, she helped us find a wonderful home that hit all of our criteria and held our hand every step of the way through the process. She always helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making by keeping us well informed and educated. Being a native to lexington was a plus as she was able to give us detailed reviews of the town, with things to do and places to eat, as we are new to the area. 10/10 would buy a house from the vampire slayer again.

There are so many things I could say about Buffy and our experience with her. From the very beginning she was fast to respond & so helpful with our search for our forever home. Being completely across the country & trying to navigate in a very busy housing market can be difficult, but she guided us & went the extra mile to help us.
