Having been in the business since 1994, I’ve experienced a large variety of clientele and situations both through my clients’ perspectives and personally, from the excitement of first-time homebuyers to retired sellers downsizing their homes. Currently, I am licensed in Arizona, Michigan, and as a broker in North Carolina. My certifications include Professional Property Stager and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Having been a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, and investor, I know firsthand what’s it’s like to clear out and stage your home, pack up and move, do inspections, deal with home warranties, aging parents, contractors, termites, and so on. Along with representing clients, my business includes home renovation, so serving as a valuable resource and helping you envision your new space is my forte.
