Butch was the best Realtor we've ever hired to sell our home in 25 years. He was on top of everything every step of the way. If he tells you he will be at your house at noon. You can bet he will be there waiting and ready. So impressed with all his efforts. I called another agent before meeting Butch and she (who specializes in downtown Huntington) didn't even return my call for a week & I also emailed her. Butch answered all of our calls & texts all along the process with a rapid response.
