Without hesitation we chose Butch as our listing agent on our Oakhurst home in Feb. 2014. He had his finger on the pulse of the neighborhood market and priced our home so competitively that it was under contract within 5 days and above asking price. Butch knew exactly how to stage our home and had fantastic suggestions to steer us in the direction of a sale. I cannot recommend him enough. He is truly a superb realtor who goes over and above for his clients. We were so happy with his work, that we also used him as our buying agent for our new home. Again, he took into account everything we wanted and helped us get a fantastic deal on our new home. We can't thank him enough for all the hard work he has done for us.
