Buzz Carr

Buzz Carr is a Realtor and Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas who brings a diverse background to the real estate industry. A graduate from the University of Arizona, with a degree in Finance, Buzz enjoyed a successful career in banking and commercial finance for many years. The desire to positively impact the lives of individuals eventually led Buzz to pursue a career in real estate.

Buzz believes the skills he developed in finance – attention to detail, goal commitment, legal documentation, problem-solving, and project management – allow him to provide a concierge experience for clients throughout the Valley and guide individuals through the complex real estate process.

His commitment to service, passion for excellence, and focus on creating a stress-free experience, poise Buzz to make a significant impact on the lives of his clients.

Outside of real estate, Buzz is an avid tennis player and passionate about the arts. He is a founding member of a grassroots theater company in Phoenix, assuming the roles of Managing Director and actor. Over the course of more than a decade, the troop produced original material and Buzz gained invaluable experience in leadership, organization, relationship development, and artistic expression.
