C.T. is an absolute rockstar realtor. I could write a raving review all day, but what it comes down to is this is your guy. My husband and I are very type-A people and we were looking to sell and buy a home simultaneously in two very different housing markets, however still an overall challenging market at a macro level. This is where C.T. shined the most as he's tenured, experienced with managing up/down markets, and sticks to his formula of doing whatever it takes to get the job done. It's so rare you meet someone as prepared, organized, professional, and genuinely is a great human being making the entire experience extremely more enjoyable. He was able to sell our home in less than 5 days, over asking, and even found a creative way for us and the new buyers to transition move out/move in dates that were more flexible and accommodating for both parties because he did the due diligence up front. He was also able to help us close on a new dream home in a competitive climate within 3 days of it hitting the market, helping us achieve all our goals on both the selling and buying sides of the spectrum, and on budget. C.T. genuinely cares for his clients and that's why he's able to execute flawlessly. C.T. for the win!!

We had such a wonderful experience working with C.T. that we had to share! He went above and beyond helping us find and buy our first home, and we felt taken care of with all of the knowledge in his field.

He has many fantastic qualities; some standouts include:

- He was very responsive to all of our questions.
- He is patient and took the time to explain each step of the process.
- When we went on tours, he was always extremely organized and was prepared with the facts of each house.
- He is honest in his opinion - both regarding houses we saw and those we didn’t, which was extremely helpful.
- He is not pushy - he really listened to what we wanted and refined the search to help us get our perfect home in our budget.
- He is very well connected which helped us get appointments scheduled quickly for professionals we needed.
- He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty :) - one day when we met at the house (after closing), we pulled up and he was watering the lawn because a sprinkler wasn’t hitting a spot!

Buying a home in the current climate in our preferred area of Los Gatos seemed like it would be a daunting task, but we are forever grateful we were able to connect with such a hard working realtor.

From the first time we reached out to CT, he answered immediately and from there on out was very responsive. CT has been awesome in finding homes matching our requirements and was quick in arranging showings upon request. Never pressuring us to buy anything that we didn’t like, his patience and explaining things are his greatest strengths. Our family was really happy working with him to find a best home for us. Even during closing, CT was able to help guide us with ease during the small mishaps that could occur with the bank to help make sure all deadlines were met. What a blessing!

We're thankful for his outgoing and caring personality, CT went above and beyond and was able to connect us with quality people in setting up our new home with contractor and landscaper contacts. He’s a true professional and we will continue to recommend him to all of our family and friends.

I worked with C.T. to both buy my new home and sell my previous home. After my experience with C.T. I now realize how valuable the right real estate agent can be, and I will absolutely use him for all future transactions.

C.T. understands the business side of real estate and is able to close the deal. He does this while shielding his clients from the minutiae of the process but also provides transparency and meaningful updates along the way. And, he has a knack for getting top dollar when representing you as the seller and finding what makes the seller tick when representing you as a buyer.

C.T.'s 20 years of experience in Los Gatos real estate really showed through from start to finish in the selling of our home. Right from the start he gave us confidence and clarity in how he planned to approach the preparation, process and strategy.  With the pandemic there was additional work and steps but C.T. handled all this without issue and if there were issues we certainly did not have to worry about them! C.T. was always available, constantly in communication, letting us know how things were progressing.  He has strong relationships with other agents coupled with real attention to detail and understanding of what is going to be required to show a property at its best. We set out to completely hand over the reins to C.T, as we were relocating, and believing in the value of his experience was repaid in full with the result that he achieved with the house sale.  Above all C.T. is straight-forward, trustworthy and a great real estate pro.

C.T. is an amazing partner in the buying and selling process. He started by helping us sell our home in Monte Sereno, CA during the summer of 2020. It was listed in days and sold within a few weeks. C.T. has a lot of star qualities but what stood out the most for us was: a) responsiveness - he adapts to your preferred communication - texts, emails, or phone calls - and if he's not immediately available he will still reply to let you know when he will be, b) experience and strategy - he knows this market and he knows what matters vs what doesn't. I tended to think real estate in the bay area wasn't rocket science but C.T.'s pattern recognition on a lot of small but important details ultimately saved us time, money and stress (and changed my opinion of agents). c) care - we moved out of the house in the middle of the sale and C.T. continued to come by twice a day to make sure the house was well tended to. After the house sold, C.T. provided me with 1-1 coaching as I sold another house on my own (without agent representation) and subsequently purchased another one. He didn't expect any compensation for this - he just did it because he's an all around good dude.

CT helped us buy our home in the bay area. He did a great job working with us in finding exactly what we needed and within our budget. He visited many homes with us, and once we found a couple of houses we liked was great at helping us decide on the house that would be best for us long term. Working with CT Harris was an absolute pleasure. One of the criteria in our selection of a realtor to sell our family home was their willingness to work with us remotely as the family lived out of the area. CT took this on with full force and was a life saver. He managed all day-to-day aspects of preparing the home for sale which included hiring contractors to repair and update the home, oversaw moving out household furniture and beautifully marketing the home for presentation and sale. I usually don’t write reviews. However, my experience with C.T. Harris was so positive that I want to share it.

After living in our West San Jose home for 27 years, my husband and I were ready to downsize. But parting with our first home and the house where we raised our daughter was not easy. C.T. understood. He first contacted us about two years ago. After that first interaction, C.T. reached out periodically but, he never pressured us or gave us some salesman’s pitch. From the beginning, he was supportive of us and worked at our pace.

When we were finally ready to sell, how C.T. communicated his expertise and professionalism inspired great confidence in his ability. With C.T., it felt like he was eager to take us on a journey that he knew so well. And we were excited too! Because he constantly communicated with us the experience was collaborative, it truly was a pleasure working with him. Even though he had other ongoing projects, we genuinely felt his dedication to us while going through the process.

C.T. exhibited that dedication when we encountered a hiccup while in the process of closing the deal. The buyer was under the impact of an appraisal issue, Although this was not an unusual situation, most would definitely see it as a setback. However, C.T. was not flustered as he was not without a contingency plan. Given C.T.’s experience and connections, he worked all available angles to resolve the issue. Because of his ability to think on his feet and pivot when necessary, we were happily able to sell our home and pass it along for someone else to have their dreams!

From reading other reviews, it’s clear our experience was not an anomaly. C.T. will whip the bidding process into a frenzy, he will be in constant communication with you, and he will work hard for you. Through it all, you are in capable hands

I know he has helped a good amount of people all over the bay area. For us, it was Morgan Hill and the knowledge C.T. had about the local market and the relationships he has with the realtors in the area was a key factor in getting us the home of our dreams!
