We had a mutual friend with Cabrie, but never had actually met her in person before asking her to help us find a home from afar. To say she is kind, professional, responsive and patient would be an understatement.

Each time she went to see a house for us she sent videos, photos, and called us for a follow-up. She was so honest with her thoughts and perspective, which we greatly appreciated.

After several months in a market that is so challenging we found a home better than we could’ve imagined because of her knowledge, persistence and tenacity.

We are forever thankful for the friendship we made with Cabrie and looking forward to working with her in the future!

Cabrie was wonderful with our timeline and helping us through our first time selling a home. From day one she answered every question and helped calm our nerves in this crazy market. Cabrie is amazing! She made our first time home buying process a breeze. We were buying from across the country and she really nailed it finding a place that hit our wants and needs. She went above and beyond to see houses she new were a good fit for our family. She made sure to take amazing videos and FaceTime us so we could have a walk through experience. She was excellent at staying up to date and communicating with us even with a 3hr time difference. I recommend anyone looking to buy a home talks with Cabrie.
