My partner and I absolutely loved working with Cait to purchase our first home together! Cait offered great resources that made it easy to find homes that fit our criteria and price range. Everything about the process was smooth because on top of her making us feel like a priority, she referred us to great partners to work with (lenders, title agents, etc.). After hearing how stressful the process was for some of my friends who had recently purchased homes, I was initially discouraged and had low expectations that we could even find something. But working with Cait and her team was stress free and she had great recommendations to help us snag our dream home in this market. Cannot recommend her enough for anyone looking for support in the homebuying process!!
