Before joining milehimodern, Caitlin held a decade-long career in sales and advertising. She was an integral part of the advertising sales team who launched 5280 Home and later led sales for the local home decor company, Deny Designs.

Caitlin’s competent background in sales and interior design is matched by her empathetic nature, calm demeanor, and exemplary communication skills. She imparts her years of insight and knowledge to her clients, who ultimately end the transaction journey with a feeling of satisfaction.

Her passion for real estate is derived from understanding how a home can be transformed and focuses on finding the right home for each client’s unique lifestyle. Caitlin also possesses an acute understanding of Denver’s diverse neighborhoods, including but not limited to Jefferson Park, Congress Park, and Sloan’s Lake.
