Almost 3 years ago, Caitlin assisted my daughter in selling her house and buying a new one. We had such a positive experience. What I admired most about her was her attentiveness to detail and her responsiveness. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a very timely manner. We never had to wait days for someone to return our call.All "t's" were crossed and all "I's" were dotted, from the contract to the home inspection to the dealings with the lending institution. She helped with everything! Come closing time, she had everything in place for a smooth sale. Would definitely recommend her if you are selling your house!
