Caitlin’s real estate career officially began in 2017, but her education and preparation for the industry began over a decade prior. As a third generation REALTOR®, contracts and closings were dinner table conversation with her parents and grandparents.

As a member of Gen Z, she knows how daunting the housing market has become for first time home buyers and first generation buyers. The tips and tricks that worked for older generations isn’t going to cut it in today’s market. Caitlin brings creativity and resourcefulness to every situation. She has connected her clients with reputable lenders that can access grants and downpayment assistance in addition to negotiating seller concessions despite challenging market conditions.

Caitlin has worked with seasoned investors, seniors that have lived in their home for sixty years, and empty nesters that are ready to downsize. She’s stepped in for clients who weren’t able to sell their home with the first agent they selected and delivered results through quality marketing, professional media, and an active approach to getting a home sold regardless of how hot or cold the market may be.

When her mother, Susie Hall, decided to move her brokerage from RE/MAX To NextHome in 2020, Caitlin dove into a leadership role training new agents. Her proximity to being a rookie herself proved to be more of an asset than a hurdle, and Caitln helped multiple award winning agents launch their career. She balanced a dual career as an agent and manager through 2021 before becoming Operations Manager of NextHome Advantage.

In 2024, Caitlin became a Co-Owner of NextHome Advantage. On a daily basis, she focuses on the tactical elements of running a brokerage and is hands on with their team. She’s dedicated to NextHome’s mission: Enriching people’s lives by helping them find their next home.
