Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Caitlin Keely knows what makes this corner of the world so special— and she’s eager to help others find their perfect fit here, too. After years working in event planning and marketing (for places like the Tacoma Art Museum and LeMay – America’s Car Museum), Caitlin brings a well-trained eye for detail, a knack for organization, and a calm, can-do attitude to every client interaction.
Her own experience buying homes over the years inspired her to get her license and help others navigate the process with less stress and more support. She remembers how overwhelming it can feel — and she’s committed to being the kind of responsive, honest, and caring agent people can truly count on. Whether it’s walking first-timers through the process step-by-step or helping a growing family upsize with ease, Caitlin brings a friendly face and tireless work ethic to every deal.
During the pandemic, Caitlin discover her inner entrepreneur and launched a successful cookie business that connected her to the Gig Harbor community in a whole new way. From creating custom sugar cookies for celebrations to building relationships with local families and small businesses, she gained firsthand experience in what it means to show up, deliver consistently, and earn trust.
Caitlin lives in Artondale with her husband Sean, their two kids, Ashley and Iann, and their pup Penny (aka the real boss of the house). When she’s not working, you’ll find her skiing at Crystal Mountain, strolling the farmers market, baking up a storm, or relaxing in the backyard with a podcast and a glass of wine.
