Caitlin Ryland

Caitlin, inspired by family members with successful and fulfilling real estate careers, knew that a career in real estate was the perfect fit for her. Real estate allows her to combine her love of working with people, dedication to service, and her strong negotiation skills. She is thrilled to work with clients to meet their real estate needs. Originally from Maryland, Caitlin studied and lived in Pennsylvania, as well as abroad in Cuba, Chile, and Mexico, before moving to the Triangle. She was initially drawn to the area by the many opportunities for professional growth, strong universities, diverse landscape, and the affordable yet high quality of life. In addition to real estate, Caitlin is also a licensed, practicing attorney with a non-profit in the Triangle. This unique skill set allows her to provide high-quality, professional relocation services, ensuring that clients’ moves are enjoyable experiences. When she's not working, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her partner Francisco, family, and friends, playing basketball, gardening, and caring for her dog Louie and backyard hens. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina non-profit organization El Pueblo, Inc. Due to a conflict of interest, she is unable to offer legal advice to any current real estate brokerage client.
