Caitlin Stables

Caitlin Stables came into the world of real estate brokerage in 2006 with a background in financial services. She has sold properties both in New York and in Virginia and was recently honored as the recipient of the 2018 Outstanding Production Award from the Richmond Association of Realtors®.

A member of The Hogan Group, Caitlin works all over Central Virginia, specializing in residential purchases sales. Her success was built on her experience, dedication, professionalism, market knowledge, and deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She is, as importantly, appreciated for being highly personable and attentive, which makes clients feel comfortable and able to trust her every step of the way.

Originally from Long Island, Caitlin lived in Scotland with her Scottish husband, Austin, for a year and a half. The couple currently resides in Richmond City in the Fan district with their daughter Ayla, and hound mix Coby. Caitlin owns and invests in property and is always looking for great opportunities for her clients whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

In addition to spending time with her family, her favorite pastimes outside of work include hiking, camping, traveling, live music, festivals, and breweries.
