Caitlin Wilson

Caitlin is a fifth generation native Californian, born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, with deep family roots in farming and ranching. Her passion for the beautiful and diverse landscape of her home state and her love of the rural western lifestyle are well suited to the art of helping others find their dream property or business opportunity.
Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University with a Minor in Business Management and after ten years of working in multiple roles for her family’s multi-generational farming business, Caitlin embarked on a new career in real estate. As a manager of her family’s elite cutting and rope horse ranch in the Salinas Valley, Caitlin knows first-hand what it takes to create a serene, private oasis.
In addition to her dedication to her clients, Caitlin is passionate about raising top caliber cutting horses. A world champion cutting horse competitor, Caitlin is a member of the National Association of Cutting Horses and an active supporter of local cutting associations in the Monterey Bay Area. When she isn’t riding, Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors with her young son, Ford, and her husband, Patrick. The Wilson family relishes annual trips to the mountains of Colorado and summer weekends spent boating and hiking in Lake Tahoe.
