Caitlyn Briere is a native of Southern Maine and grew up in Scarborough where she currently resides with her husband and two kids. She graduated from the University of New England and has a background working in healthcare.
Throughout her professional experience, Caitlyn has come to understand the value of listening to each individual’s unique needs and achieving a desired outcome that ultimately leads to cultivating long-lasting relationships. For as long as she can remember, she has had a passion for Real Estate, along with home design, with Home Goods being her happy place. Her interests are largely influenced by a longstanding history of real estate across her immediate family, including residential and commercial development, along with real estate appraising. Having a firm understanding of the buying, selling, and building process, Caitlyn is uniquely positioned to help guide clients through the multidimensional process while making it enjoyable along the way. She is very excited to be at Portside and would be greatly honored to help clients navigate any of their Real Estate needs.
When she is not supporting her clients, she can be found doing yoga or exploring all the wonderful adventures of Maine with her family, from the beaches and state parks to the hiking trails.
