Matt was very good at the all important part of hand holding during the buying process. Rules are different in NY than where we moved from. We had to be out of our place by a certain date, and Matt worked hard to get us early occupancy when the closing date was later than we had anticipated.

Although we don’t plan on buying another house in the near future, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him if we did.

Matt is the kind of realtor you can text at 10pm with a goofy question and expect a professional and prompt reply by 10:01. Matt was there to help us purchase this home almost 6 years ago as well as being our go-to when it came time to sell. We just recently sold and closed and I could not be any more pleased with what matt offers. Whether you are a buyer or a seller matt is the man to go to. we bought our second home with Mat but Im going to start my review with a little back story. We worked with a couple realtors when buying our first home and had such a bad experience that we said we would never work exclusively with a realtor again. When it came time to look for our second home Matt was the third realtor we had used in a week and we had such a great experience with him that we only used him going forward. Unlike many other realtors Matt was always made time to take our calls, and if he wasn't available he always promptly got back to us. He was always polite and happy to show us the homes we were interested in regardless of the pricetag or conditions of the home. I say this because I have worked with realtors in the past who when you wanted to see a less expensive home they would scoff at the idea and were suddenly to busy and you got passed off to an intern. From the first time we worked with Matt i felt like he wanted to help us find our forever home where as others made us feel like a paycheck. He was an invaluable asset when doing walkthroughs as he had a ton of knowledge and suggestions. He truly made the home buying experience go from being a dreadful chore to an enjoyable experience. We closed on our house in November and I still call him on occasion to get referrals for getting repairs and renovations done (the house we bought is 200 years old and hasn't been updated in at least 40). I would definitely recommend Matt to my closest friends and family.

Since the first phone call Matt has been a wealth of knowledge and information. Matt always responds to my calls and texts with detailed answers to my questions no matter how basic or complex. When I would ask to view properties on short notice (which is always) if he could not be there he would have someone from the office accommodate me. Even though we did not make a deal in the end because I rescinded my offer Matt did not even balk at the thought of a lost commission, he stood behind me. I will certainly use Matt again and highly recommend him to others.

Matt checks all the boxes for a brilliant real estate agent, however Matt's sense of integrity is what makes him really stand out from so many other great real estate agents.

The property we sold was of very little value but that made no difference to Matt who treated me as though I was a million dollar client.

The situation was quite tricky and extremely emotional for me, however, Matt steered and steadied me all the way through until we eventually arrived at a successful sale.

Matt was always there for me, he always answered my calls, text and emails. In addition, as I live out of state Matt helped me source workers and scheduled their services.

I really could not ask for more.
