CAITLYN SMITH

Caitlyn Smith is a licensed REALTOR® in Louisiana and Texas. Her experience and passion for the real estate industry is deep rooted as she grew up helping her mother run her brokerage. While attending Texas A&M University, Caitlyn furthered her involvement in the industry as she obtained her license in 2019 and worked in property management and residential real estate while completing her undergrad studies. Upon obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus in Finance & Real Estate, she was drawn to New Orleans and quickly fell in love with the city’s historic architecture while developing a keen understanding of the local market. Caitlyn's background in economics coupled with her real estate experience in multiple markets allows her to readily guide clients through the multifaceted process of any real estate transaction. She eagerly assists those buying, selling, renting or investing in the New Orleans area with client satisfaction remaining her top priority. Caitlyn currently resides in Uptown New Orleans, where she enjoys walking her Labrador Retriever, Nellie, through Audubon Park and browsing the endless offerings of Magazine Street.
