He is knowledgeable of houses and his job but somehow he goes beyond that… he offered to cover a repair because we couldn’t make it out to him that day (we didn’t need to use that offer but so nice it was there) he hand delivered our check for the repairs because the mail service would have taken too long… I mean hopefully he stays in the business because he will 100% always be my realtor, and if not the new one will have big shoes to fill.
