Responsible for strategic planning, execution and management of the Global Real Estate portfolio for 50+ facilities across 19 countries; including all aspects of lease transactions and portfolio optimization. Working with a highly complex, multi-currency FP&A system; successfully managed a $10M+ annual facilities budget, implementing a 10% savings in 2019. Create, contribute and develop corporate policies for workplace operations and safety; as well as create detailed presentations for executive board meetings. Oversaw all capital construction, tenant improvement and property maintenance projects globally. Managed and developed a professional team of 10 employees throughout North America, EMEA and APAC.
