Caleb T Ritter

Caleb Ritter is the owner and broker of 7th Ave Realty, LLC. He is a 15 year veteran of the real estate industry, having begun his career on the financial side of the transaction as a credit manager with Wells Fargo Financial. He later opened the mortgage brokerage First Community Lending. His wealth of knowledge regarding the financial end of a real estate transaction adds greatly to the service he provides as a real estate agent. Caleb is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He obtained his Bachelors degree in political science in 2002 and returned to UNC to get his Masters in Trans-Atlantic Politics in 2009. He is a diehard Tar Heel fan. Caleb has lived abroad in Italy and Greece, he enjoys traveling, learning languages, writing and has recently taken up the hobbies of drawing and painting. As well as being a licensed real estate broker, Caleb is a licensed real estate appraiser and public notary. There is no part of the real estate transaction that he is not well versed in.
