In 2018, Callan’s lifelong interest in real estate became a passion project when he purchased his first home. He embarked on a renovation journey, all the while working as a full-time Broadway performer. It was this life-changing experience that shifted his professional focus and ignited a new passion and a new career in real estate. Callan has since taken the dedication, work ethic, and professionalism honed during a decade-long career on the stage and applied them toward helping clients take the next step in both selling and purchasing real estate. He has made a name for himself in the NYC real estate world in a very short amount of time through his impeccable communication skills, impressive networking resources, and kind demeanor.
Callan has called numerous neighborhoods home during his 14 years in NYC. As an experienced Manhattan landlord, he also brings valuable expertise in the area of investment properties. As a Hudson Valley weekender, Callan is equally happy to help city dwellers find their perfect weekend getaway in Upstate NY. Known for his extensive knowledge of both the NYC and Hudson Valley markets, and his savvy negotiating skills, Callan promises to bring unparalleled charisma and a can-do attitude to helping you achieve your real estate goals!
When he isn’t helping his clients, Callan enjoys walking his dog through Central Park, educating aspiring performers, and volunteering his time with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Callan’s career prior to real estate saw him gracing the Broadway stage in shows such as Kinky Boots, CATS, and Cinderella. His performance resume also includes dozens of Off-Broadway, National Tour, International, and Regional credits, as well as extensive work in film, television, and commercials. He is a vintage furniture enthusiast and interior design hobbyist; and is continuously reinventing his cozy NYC co-op and rustic weekend home in the Hudson Valley.
