Cameron Carbone

I was raised on Cape Cod and know the area very well from growing up in it. I learned a lot from my father who has been a real estate agent for 25 years. From the age of 5 years old and up, he brought me to showings and open houses where I was able to learn the methods of real estate. My parents owned and operated our family business the Bay Motor Inn motel my entire life. Growing up I met countless guests from all over the world which I used as an opportunity to help grow and strengthen my social skills. I learned how to talk with any individual, negotiate, and compromise with people from helping with the family business. Those sales skills were easily transferrable to my real estate profession. In my last profession I was an ongoing Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In my time there, I honed my ability to deal with people of all walks of life, maneuver around people's emotions, and create action plans with clients to further their goals. In the same manner, I was able to use those traits and apply them to negotiating deals in real estate. I have sold homes as far south as Brewster and as far north as Norwood. I am willing to go the distance to help my clients sell their home wherever it may be. By showing people the pragmatic realities of their homes, emphasizing with any emotional scenario a client may be in (wether it be negative or positive), and using all known factors to negotiate strongly, I have been able to get my clients the most out of their purchases and sales in the fastest manner possible.
