Candace Comer

Candace comes to Compass with 15+ years of client-facing positions, including her work in the high-profile organization, Creative Artists Agency. She began her career there in the music industry and is enthusiastic about all things creative and developing business relationships. Though originally from Texas, she has lived in the coolest cities in the US including San Diego, where she attended high school and received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of San Diego.

She has a knack and experience in both fashion and interior design and offers staging services for her residential clients. She currently lives in South Austin with her husband Nick, dog Callie and enjoys a glass of Pinot Noir while cooking dinner for friends.

Candace has grown her real estate clientele & production to over $35M in sales and prides herself in being a resource for her clients beyond the transaction. Her relationships with vendors, organizations and other agents in town allow her to offer a full-service and winning approach to her quickly expanding business.
