I called Candy about a Zillow listing, and was touring the home an hour later. She met me the following day to see other properties and negotiated me a great deal on a townhouse in my desired location. She was always available, returned calls and emails promptly and went beyond my expectations throughout the entire process. I recommend Candy to anyone who is looking for a great real estate agent.

Candy is a great realtor. She helped us find our dream home at a price that was within our budget, we couldn't have done it without her. She was patient and listened to what our needs and wants were and kept us posted on possible listings as soon as they were available. She knows the market and the best areas to purchase a home. We were from out of state and she gave us the insight needed to make a decision in a place we had never lived before. I would highly recommend her as a buyers or sellers agent.

Candy is an experienced professional. She has detailed knowledge of the practicalities of real estate-- laying tile, preventing water damage, installation of garbage disposals and sinks, etc. Such familiarity gives Candy a gift for seeing what needs to be done and making it happen. Her wealth of contacts is invaluable. She really cares about her clients and puts their needs first. I cannot recommend her enough. She stands alone in her field.

I called Candy because I was interested in one of her listings. The same week she showed me a house that better suited my needs, and I got a deal on a foreclosure in excellent condition. Candy was invaluable in helping me sell our home to a family medical emergency that necessitated a quick sale. We had an offer 9 days after listing with closing set for 6 weeks later. The closing got very messy at the table (last minute unreasonable demands by the buyers and their agent) but Candy helped us successfully negotiate a compromise and we finally closed 3 days later. She is absolutely professional as well as extremely knowledgable about the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Candy worked with us on a short sale for nearly a year. The process was extremely stressful and full of surprises. Candy kept us informed and worked closely with the bank, lawyer and seller throughout. I think everyone wanted to walk away from this at least once during the process, but Candy's hard work and diligence made it happen. In the end, we wound up with a wonderful home that was well worth the headache. I am certain this would not have happened without Candy's expertise.

My husband and I met Candy in 2000, as she listed a property that we ultimately purchased. We ended up not building a home on this lot, and so we had Candy resell it, in which it sold within a week of being on the market and we made a huge profit. We have also sold a home through her and brought our existing home. Her negotiating skills are awesome and she is dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, honest and courteous. My wife and I went through 2 other Realtors before finding Candace. We were frustrated with these other Realtors as they just wanted to sell a house and did not care about what we needed. Candace in the other hand, listened to what we were looking for and made sure we had the information needed to make a decision. She was professional and very friendly. Candy is there for you to make sure that you buy something that is a good investment. She is great because she would prefer to sell you something that is 150K vs 200K if the 150K home is a better invesment and better to fit your goals even though the 200K house would make her more money. She is a great listener and I bought after only looking at 1 place and I have been in it for over 6 yrs now and still love it! She is the best realtor I know; you will not be disapointed.

Bottom line- Candy is amazing. She is patient, honest, real and knowledgeable. We are first-time buyers and have had a difficult time finding exactly what we want in exactly the right area. Candy has stayed up late, gone above and beyond the call of duty. She's been supportive, thorough and super-understanding. When we've been most overwhelmed and even let-down, she's been there to pick us back up and get going. She's definitely been a source of support and motivation for us and we are forever indebted to her for her committment and care. Candy is amazing!!!
