Candace Gunther

Candace Gunther takes a detail-oriented and caring approach to the practice of real estate. Combining a prior career in antiques and art with a background in Statistics and IT systems design for Price Waterhouse and several large commercial real estate firms, Candace easily switches between the analytical and the aesthetic to deliver results for her clients.

Candace began her real estate career in 2007 as a partner in work (and in life) with Roland Wilhelm, specializing in the marketing and sales of residential properties in Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, La Cañada, Monrovia, Glendale and the greater San Gabriel Valley. She is known for keeping the clients' best interests at heart and in being tenacious at helping them accomplish their objectives. A goal-oriented problem solver, she believes in creative solutions for any challenge.

Candace is the proud parent of one son, Matthew, who is a psychiatrist and on faculty at Stanford University.
