Hello, Candace here! I was born in Chicago but raised in MN. I'm the third oldest of eight. I'm a single mother of one beautiful, fun, and outgoing seven-year-old who keeps me motivated and, on my toes, to do my best every day.
I found my passion for Real Estate after I, myself, bought my first town home. After being able to experience the excitement of searching for my first house and being at the closing table signing the final paperwork, I was excited to be actually adulting. I thought to myself 'I want to help others find their very first home or even their second or third!' but the excitement I felt I want to help others feel that same excitement too.
