Candace Ortiz is a leading figure in real estate with over 15 years of experience and having sold multi-millions of dollars in real estate throughout her career. She holds several licenses, including Broker-Associate, Real Estate Paralegal, Notary, and Community Association Manager. Candace began her career in 2009 and quickly made a name for herself by managing complex transactions with exceptional attention to detail. She specializes in all residential and commercial leasing and sales throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast.
Previously, she co-led Give Realty South Florida and Inspire Realty and Luxury Management with Veronica Russo, integrating philanthropy with real estate. Their efforts helped raise over one million dollars for local charities. Candace and Veronica were also partners at United Realty Group, the second-largest real estate brokerage by volume in Florida. They have recently joined SERHANT, the world’s most followed real estate brand, known for its innovative approach and cutting-edge marketing strategies, further elevating their presence in the industry.
Outside of work, Candace is a devoted mother of three.
