We could not have had a better experience with Candace Pfab. As out of state investors we really needed someone knowledgeable with the area and Candace was all of that and more. She was very patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions at any time. When our closing started to get complicated with association issues she was on top of it and made sure we were kept aware of what was going on at all time. We can't wait to work with Candace again!

When I wanted to purchase a beachfront investment property, I reached out to multiple Realtors but wasn't taken seriously since I was an out of state buyer. I connected with Candace and Chuck through the BiggerPockets website and they were amazing. Candace identified a great investment property for me and helped me through the entire escrow process, including giving me referrals for contractors, a structural engineer, lender, management company, and insurance agent. She is a wealth of knowledge in her market and was always available to take my call when something came up. She also was very proactive with identifying challenges and working to resolve them in advance. I recommend her highly.

Candace is a Pfabulus person and an agent that’s at the top of the game with things as 🙃 real estate is nowadays.
Hubby Chuck no’s his stuff.. These people get it done.

Candace went out of her way to help my daughter, allowing her to purchase some furniture before we moved. My daughter asked Candace if she would meet the delivery driver a couple of times. She also spent a couple of her free hours here @ our new house while one piece could be assembled. Who does that?!?!
We loved working with Candace and recommend anyone who is searching for a home to get in touch with her. You won’t regret it.

We just closed on our first investment property in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. I worked with Chuck and Candace and it was the best experience. I have never worked with another agent like Candace. The communication was unbelievable. She made sure I knew exactly what was going on and who I needed to call throughout the process. When I needed recommendations for an inspector or an insurance agent or a painter, she would have multiple options in no time. I could go on and on.
