Candance Riddle is a fantastic realtor. She has helped me and my husband buy a house when we first moved to the Augusta area. Five years later, we needed a different type of house to accommodate us and my mother-in-law. She sold our house in a few days for our asking price, and helped us with the purchase of another home, this time in South Carolina.

Candace works hard at negotiating on behalf of her clients whether it’s purchasing or selling a home. She has extensive knowledge of the Augusta area and what types of homes are available, and her experience in the home building process is invaluable.

Candace is patient and professional. She will keep your needs in mind and not waste your time showing properties that don’t meet your needs. She responds to emails and returns calls as quickly as possible. She will keep you informed and makes your experience as stress-less as possible.

Candace was an absolute joy to work with when we were selling our house. She was helpful at what we needed to do without being pushy. She worked with our schedule to show the house and always shared the feedback homebuyers gave her. She was quick to respond to our every need. We had used 3 other real estate agents and none were able to sell our home, which was beautiful. They wanted us to make $$$ changes. Candance came in and we painted the kitchen and it worked.
