My husband and I are so blessed to have found Candace! She is an exceptional agent, and her expertise and experience in the local market helped us secure our dream home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

She is patient, kind, and really has a keen eye for detail and potential issues with homes. We really appreciated hearing her honest and informed opinion as we toured prospective properties; without it we would have been stuck with difficult renovation issues. As a longtime local, Candace is also very informed about the pros and cons of different neighborhoods. She prioritizes your needs (whether it be schools, commute, beach access, etc.) and customizes her search process around them.

Our family had a parcel of vacant land - actually four contiguous parcels with related owners comprising 10 acres - that sat on the edge of development but had defied all efforts to find a buyer for many years; along with many other similar parcels owned by others. Then we found Candace Spencer. While other realtors would have passed this by for easier projects, Candace put hard work, research and creative thinking into a sales and marketing plan, along with 24/7 availability for calls. The result was a single sale of all four parcels at a price we are very satisfied with in a matter of a few months. There is no doubt in our minds that this successful transaction would never have occurred without Candace as our agent.

"As a senior citizen wanting to relocate beachside on Florida's Space Coast (during July 2020 in a COVID pandemic year) from my current home in Central Florida, it became easier than I thought when my local selling agent referred me to Candace Spencer of RE/MAX Aerospace Realty (of Brevard County). Within 24 hours of making contact, Candace had sent me multiple real estate listings on Melbourne's coastal barrier island to include single family and townhome communities. The best way to know the area is to drive it! so she was very responsive to my daily/nightly on-line communication and 'phone conversations; I narrowed my search to "physically" seeing 2 listings, and we were under contract with a re-sale townhome in Montecito, Satellite Beach within 1 week! Because I hadn't bought since 2006, she was extremely detail-oriented and "coached" me through the buying process and effortlessly fielded questions between mortgage company and title company and seller's realtor to eventually close in 1 month! She has passion for people and real estate and truly loves her job!"
