I have built my career in real estate as a Listing Agent and Buyer's Representative in Clark County Nevada. I am a resident of Las Vegas since 1972 and have been practicing real estate full time since 2006.

In addition to traditional residential real estate transactions, I also work with residential vacant land and relocation, whether moving in or moving out of Las Vegas. For 81/2 years I also specialized in short sales & helping home owners avoid foreclosure. My knowledge and extensive experience earned me receiving executive level assistance from the banks when necessary. I have worked with all the major banks & know how to navigate through corporate structure. I work diligently to achieve a successful and satisfactory conclusion for my clients.

I hold the designation as a CFSP - Certified Full Service Professional, CDPE- Certified Distressed Property Expert as well as SRS-Seller's Representative Specialist, CPRES- Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, CFSP-Certified Full Service Professional. I am an, in the trenches Real Estate Agent. I hold multiple Top Producer achievement awards throughout my career with current and prior brokerages I have had the pleasure to work with.
