Candi was recommended to us by my sister-in-law, since she had just helped them buy their home and they had a great experience. From the start, Candi was amazing, personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions we had; she also was great with helping us know and understand which areas might not be the best places to live, due to crime rates, etc. She was flexible with being able to take us to view houses on my crazy schedule (I work overnights). I love that she also fought for us when things got tough with our loan process, specifically the underwriting process. She was right there with me, pushing them to get us to the closing table, in a more timely manner! And even though we’ve closed on our first home already now, she still makes herself available for any other questions we may have going forward. I genuinely feel that she wasn’t just our realtor, she became a great friend through this whole process of trying to buy our first home, during the pandemic AND a time where the market had/has been very competitive! We thank you sooo much, Candi, and can’t wait to be able to have you at our house warming!

Candi was wonderful to work with. We started our journey to find our dream home over 5 years ago and Candi never once pressured us to purchase a home. This year, we decided to list our home prior to having an accepted offer on a new home (a complete leap of faith). Candi handled our home listing well and was professional, prompt, and responsive to all our inquires. A couple weeks after we listed our home, we found our dream home! Candi helped to facilitate our offer and it was accepted.

Candi worked incredible magic in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. She worked tirelessly to make certain that both closings went off without issue (in fact, we closed on our old home in the morning, and our new home in the afternoon on the same day).

Candi went well above and beyond with our family to help us find our dream home and to sell our old home. On closing day, we actually ran out of space in our vehicles and she helped us move the last few items! She always go above and beyond for her clients, and over this 5 year journey was patient with us until we were truly ready to move and find our dream home!

Finally, Candi leveraged electronic document management service to help us complete all of our transactions. In today's busy world, it was a lifesaver to not have to worry about getting physical papers back to Candi, and to be able to submit approvals or inquiries via our phones or computers.

If you are on the fence about choosing an agent, I cannot recommend Candi highly enough. She is in it for the long haul and goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are happy. In the case of our home sale, she went above and beyond with working with the buyers and their agent to ensure that everything was as stress-free as possible!
